dr Ludwik Sobolewski
Manager, expert in the field of financial and capital markets, completed judicial training, legal advisor, entered into the list of attorneys, doctor of law, author of publications on the capital market, graduate of the Jagiellonian University and Universite Pantheon-Assas (Paris II)
Professional experience includes: vice-president of the National Depository for Securities (KDPW), chairman of the supervisory board of KDPW SA, BondSpot SA and Towarowa Giełda Energii SA (TGE), president of the management board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, general director of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (Bursa de Valori Bucuresti), Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Romanian Post Office (Posta Romana), Member of the Supervisory Boards/Boards of Directors public and non-public companies, president of the Management Board of the Association of Polish Lawyers. Currently, he is also the president of the Management Board of Better Europe EuSEF Łączna Spółka Inwestycyjna SA and the founder and managing partner of the market consulting company Qualia AdVisory.

Aleksandra Kielska
Legal advisor, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. A graduate of postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of operation of commercial companies from an economic and legal perspective. In the years 2017 – 2021, Deputy Disciplinary Spokesperson at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. From 2021, entered on the list of Legal Advisors at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
She specializes in legal assistance and representation in courts of individuals in matters of criminal law, family law, inheritance and labor law. She also cooperates with business entities, providing them with ongoing legal services regarding, among others: establishing commercial companies, debt collection, preparing contracts and representing before courts in disputes between entrepreneurs. She also handles cases of borrowers against banks for invalidation of loans indexed to CHF and EUR.

Edyta Dąbrowska
Attorney, master’s degree in history and law, graduate of the Faculty of History and Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She completed her judicial apprenticeship. full-time job. She gained professional experience working as a court trainee and then as a court assessor. Since 2008 member of the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
A graduate of Postgraduate Studies in Tax Law at the Institute of Tax Law at the University of Warsaw. She has extensive experience in managing the affairs of business entities, in particular in the field of tax, administrative and commercial law.

Szymon Ziemka
Trainee Legal Counsel under the supervision of dr Ludwik Sobolewski, graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University of Wrocław. His areas of specialization include corporate law, civil commercial procedure, consumer law, and administrative law, including tax law.
Trainee Lawyer
Karolina Harężlak
A third-year trainee lawyer at the Warsaw District Bar Council. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University of Wrocław. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Dutch Studies from the Faculty of Philology at the University of Wrocław. She has experience representing individuals in criminal law and family law matters, particularly in divorce, alimony, and child custody cases. She also provides legal advice in the areas of labor law, real estate law, as well as drafting and translating contracts.
