SKDG as a group of highly experienced professionals do understand that financial and cash position of a start-up, young business or of a dynamically growing business – in other words, its financial capability and liquidity - usually is very limited. Therefore SKDG is ready to negotiate different non-standard arrangements, acting in the best interest of the potential client.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM A COMPANY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM
SKDG may be remunerated financially.
SKDG may accept a stake in the company’s business as a form of remuneration. We prefer equity, but we can also discuss convertible instruments.
We may also accept revenue sharing agreements.
Finally, diversified forms of remunerations are also acceptable in principle.
-
If a company proposes to pay to SKDG the fees for the SKDG services, we sign with the company a typical mandate agreement
HOW WE SELECT AND INVITE COMPANIES TO THE PROGRAM
If a company is interested to benefit from other forms of settlement towards SKDG for the services, the company has to pass through a procedure, the terms of which are defined by SKDG
Within the course of this procedure, SKDG will normally ask several questions and will require the company to provide SKDG with relevant documents and information
-
Companies qualifying for the next phase, will be asked to hold a meeting and to undergo a more detailed analysis. At this stage it is very likely that SKDG will be acting together with analysts and investment managers or business advisors, with whom SKDG remains in a permanent cooperation
HOW WE SELECT AND INVITE COMPANIES TO THE PROGRAM
In the end, our experts and specialists from a partnering firm, may express a final view on the company’s planned or operational business, its strategy, level of the innovativeness and perspectives for growth
-
HOW WE SELECT AND INVITE COMPANIES TO THE PROGRAM
